Bio
Sr. Sohada is a student of Quran, homeschooling mother, and has a BSc in Occupational Therapy specialized in pediatrics, mental health and aging populations. She is the Muhsen special needs facilitator of ICNE, is on the youth committee and leads the mental health subcommittee.
Sr. Sohada earned her post-graduate certificate in Muslim chaplaincy from the College of Masjid An-Nabawi in Madinah and leads halaqas and workshops for sisters and children in the MA/RI area. Previously, she directed Madina Therapy in Mansfield where she provided skilled hijama and faith based coaching services to teen girls and women.
Sr. Sohada loves family and nature (especially clouds and mountains), strives to better follow the teachings of the Prophet ﷺ , and acknowledges that all good, success, and guidance is only by the mercy of Allah, the Most High.
