Join Sr. Sundus Alchaar for an advanced and enriching study of Surat Al-Kahf, designed for girls ages 10–16 who are ready to deepen both their understanding and recitation of the Qur’an.
This class will equip students with the tools and skills needed to accurately pronounce and retain Qur’anic verses, helping them confidently continue their Qur’an-learning journey.
For students interested in further memorization, optional one-on-one recitation sessions with the teacher are available and scheduled based on teacher and student availability.
⚠️ Please note: This class requires a higher level of commitment and consistency from both the students and their parents in order to see meaningful progress.

About Course Instructor:
Sundus Alchaar started her journey in learning and teaching the Qur’an and its sciences years ago in Saudi Arabia. She started by learning detailed tajweed and recitation studies, spending four years attempting to perfect her pronunciation of the Qur’an verses. During that time, she also started studying tadabbur (contemplation) and tafsir (interpretation) of the Qur’an, focusing on the linguistic and scientific miracles embedded in each verse.
After gaining that fundamental knowledge, she started to memorize the Qur’an, and with the grace of Allah ﷻ, she was able to memorize it fully and obtain three ijazahs in the Hafs, Shu‘bah, and Warsh. She started her teaching journey by hosting small Qur’an sessions, teaching at Al-Noor Academy, and working with Aya 4 U. She has experience in both in-person and virtual teaching modalities, with the majority of her teaching experience geared toward younger students aged 4–16.
